College Summer Training

Godspeed’s College Summer Training program is an advanced 8, 10, or 12 week program the will progress athletes, maximizing their performance. Training at Godspeed will include 4 days a week, 2 hours a day of sport specific training. The athlete’s individualized programming will be a balanced approach of performance fieldwork and weight room power-strength training. Performance fieldwork will develop each athlete’s linear speed, agility, quickness, and conditioning. The weight room session will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and sport specific functional movements. The Godspeed Staff will work to individualize each program to prepare the athlete to excel in their sport and to achieve their goals. Godspeed delivers results to athletes across the country.

Winter Holiday Training

Godspeeds Winter Holiday Training program is an advanced multi week program the will progress athletes, maximizing their performance. The program provides a flexible training program to fit each athlete’s individual schedule allowing maximal achievement in limited time. The athlete’s individualized programming will be a balanced approach of performance fieldwork and weight room power-strength training. Performance fieldwork will develop each athlete’s linear speed, agility, quickness, and conditioning. The weight room session will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and sport specific functional movements. The sessions are intense to maximize time-efficiency and performance goals during the athlete’s winter holiday break.
